If memory serves correctly, this little banger came out on a Hiero compilation a few years back, just before the phrase REAL TALK lost all of it's meaning and gradually became down right insulting. Never saw the video, but it's a good example of how dope Ladybug Mecca is/was/will be at the Fest... wink wink, nudge nudge.

In case you weren't paying attention (we all lead busy lives, don't beat yourself up) our BHF 08 wing has been rolling out the roster for this years festival... Announced this week already, hometown heroes Buckshot (No More Shorty) and BCC cohorts Smif N Wessun. Boot Camp has represented at the BHF since the beginning, back, way back, in the rocking in the parking lot era, so of course we're happy to continue the tradition. Also joining the 08 line-up, Ladybug Mecca of Digable Planets and ex-Fuschnicken Chip Fu. And ladies... take heed. Bilal will be gracing our stage, no doubt tugging at your willing heartstrings with his unique brand of soulful crooning.
